The BSI History

As the leading supplier of construction sand products in Northern California since 1970, we have supported the growth of residential and commercial construction in California. Brown Sand Incorporated has had the opportunity to work with many of the largest commercial and residential construction companies, golf course developers, architects, sports field builders and landscape professionals in the industry.

Our sand from our original pit was instrumental in building Highway 5 which sits just in front of our plant. We have built long lasting relationships with the major tile/roofing companies in our area and we are dedicated to continue to serve our customers with outstanding product.
